I own brand campaigns end to end, from strategy and creative brief through execution to post campaign analysis, backed by real audience data. Most recently I scaled a healthcare brand's YouTube presence to 60M+ views, managing content, budget, and creative across ads, influencer partnerships, and production.
Now applying the same operating system to full brand ownership.

Editorial, video and social work across news, health, fintech and real estate.
Riya Gandhi is a Brand & Content Strategist who started in the newsroom and never lost the instinct for a story. She grows brands through content, translating audience data into work that actually gets watched, shared, and remembered, across formats and platforms.
As a digital journalist at WION, she scripted, edited, and produced multimedia features. That training shapes everything she does now: structure first, hook second, and a relentless eye on whether people are still watching.
Before that, she ran community-led social campaigns at UniFit, audience instincts she later scaled into a 60M-view channel.
Today she works across brand storytelling, organic social growth, paid social, content planning, and performance analytics. Most recently scaling the Clinikally channel to 60M+ views and turning raw retention curves into a repeatable content playbook.
She pairs editorial instinct with quantitative rigour: narrative-building, audience psychology, and a data-first mindset brought to every brief.
Analytics, audience retention, and content planning across channels. Scaled a healthcare brand's YouTube presence to 60M+ total views with 80.3% average percentage viewed, and unlocked Partner Program monetisation.
Managed high-performing YouTube ad campaigns. Top performers: "Internet ki Nahi, Dermat ki Suno" (~13.1M views, 8.67M engaged) and "Nuskhon Ka The End" (~24.18M views).
Strategic scheduling and cross-platform content strategy, briefing creative and production teams to ship on a consistent cadence across formats and channels.
Deep fluency in YouTube Studio. Audience behavior and retention analysis, translating impressions, CTR, and engagement into actionable strategy.
Narrative-building and engagement psychology. Grew engaged reach from ~4K daily engaged views to 250K+ peaks through structural content decisions.
Turns one source asset into a full slate across platforms, then segments audiences to get each cut in front of the right viewer. Creative briefing, scripting, and AI-assisted production keep the pipeline moving without losing craft.
Clinikally Approved didn't exist before I proposed it. I conceived the format, built the structure, and have scripted and produced every episode since, working alongside Dr. Sarkar as on-camera talent. The same context-first, retention-driven approach used across the channel's longform content shaped this format from episode one.
One episode alone, "Which Serum to Use," crossed 495,000 views.
Concept, format, and production originated by Riya Gandhi. Currently produced under Clinikally. Also on camera as moderator of "Uncomplicated: Skincare, Simplified by Dermatologists and AI," a Clinikally panel format.
Not the software: The repeatable framework behind the results. Seven stages, run as one continuous loop, so every cycle compounds on the last.
Audience insights, competitor analysis, search behaviour, retention patterns.
Content angles, hooks, story structures, campaign concepts.
Testing ideas against audience data, CTR patterns, and historical performance.
Scripting, creative briefs, video production, publishing.
YouTube, social media, paid campaigns, and content repurposing.
Retention, watch time, engagement, subscriber growth, conversions.
Feed learnings back into the next content cycle.
Each pass sharpens the next: better hooks, tighter retention, compounding reach. The framework improves with every cycle. That is where the growth comes from.
The through line: community-led social work at UniFit, then scaling those same audience principles into a 60M-view channel at Clinikally.
A narrative-structure intervention on longform videos: re-sequencing the opening so viewers understood why they should care before the momentum began.
Longform videos opened with a hook but delayed context, so viewers dropped off before they understood the relevance. The traditional hook-first approach wasn't translating into sustained watch time.
Introduced TSYS (Tell, Show, Yield, Summarize) to longform scripts: a context-first structure that establishes relevance before the visual hook, so viewers are invested before the narrative momentum begins.
Rolled TSYS out across 12 new longform scripts against an 8-video baseline: rewrote the openings, briefed on-camera talent and editors on the structure, and reviewed retention curves after every upload to tune the format.
Leading with educational context rather than a visual hook gave viewers a clearer investment early, cutting mid-video drop-off, extending watch time, and improving the channel's algorithmic ranking potential.
One of the videos produced under the channel's growth playbook, built around the hook + retention principles outlined in the case study.
Storytelling brought to life through scripting, editing and producing, carrying newsroom production standards into social-first video.
An organic win that beat typical performance: 11.2K views (10.1K more than usual), 234.1 watch hours (214.1 more than usual), and +60 subscribers. A steady, compounding climb well above the channel baseline.
